But, you certainly don’t need to be a pilot to enjoy the Spitfire Aviation Chair. Designed with the help of an aircraft engineer its style recalls aviation’s early years. The aged leather on the inside of the chair is called antique whiskey and it is so luxurious and supple it feels like you are encircled in the warm comfort of your favorite leather bomber jacket. The chair is extremely comfortable and deeply cupped to provide a secure, enclosed feeling like one feels being inside an aircraft cockpit.

To add to the aviation themed design, the exterior of the Spitfire Aviation Chair is similar to that of an aircraft’s exterior. It is fitted with highly polished aluminum and rivet-like steel screws portraying a rugged yet durable style. The pedestal base is die-cast aluminum and has 4 rubberized feet for a solid stance. The chair does swivel from side to side and the occupant weight limit should not exceed 300 lbs. The Spitfire Aviation Chair measures about 37" high by 28" wide by 24" deep.
