ORDERING AND DELIVERY
ORDERING: We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Pay Pal as payment methods. Only Pay Pal orders with confirmed shipping addresses are accepted.
DELIVERY: Most in-stock items are shipped within 2-business days of receipt of your order unless otherwise noted in the product description. You can expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days. The shipping costs listed below are for ground service in the continental U.S. and are per shipping address. The shipping costs for Alaska and Hawaii may be more depending on what is ordered and how we ship. We will contact you via e-mail if costs are higher. We ship Monday through Friday and deliveries are Monday through Friday, major holidays excepted. Some items have additional shipping costs due to specialized packaging or box size (called dimensional weight by the shipping companies). These costs are given in the product description and will be added to the order. Personalized items and certain custom items may take longer. Please refer to the product description for these items.

1 lb. = $5.95
2 lbs. = $8.25
3 lbs. = $10.75
4 lbs. = $11.95
5 lbs. = $12.95
Over 5 lbs. = $1.00 for each additional pound.
RUSH DELIVERY:
We offer overnight delivery for an additional $32, and 2-day air for an additional $18.00 on all in-stock items. Orders must be placed by 10:00 A.M. Pacific time. Delivery time does not include weekend days and holidays. Certain items are not available for rush delivery. Please refer to the product description for these exceptions. Certain items have an additional rush delivery charge due to box size (dimensional weight). These costs are given in the product description and will be added to the order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If a return or exchange is requested, within 30-days of delivery, please email or call for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ship all items back insured and ship to the above listed Tailwinds address. All materials need to be returned with the merchandise including all manuals. If all materials are not enclosed a 20% restocking fee will apply. For our early bird Christmas shoppers, shop with ease. The return policy for Christmas merchandise is extended to two weeks after Christmas. All sales are final for merchandise purchased from the FLY MARKET. Sorry shipping costs are not refundable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We only ship to countries where insurance is available and not all items are available for international shipping. You will be advised via e-mail for your approval of ship charges for your acceptance. You are responsible for any duties or taxes.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is necessary for deliveries to the state of California only. The tax rate is 7.75%.
