Aircraft nose art became popular during WW II as a way to increase troop morale and give the crews a sense of identity. It also gave the troops a unique way to express themselves and, in many cases, remind them of home and what they were fighting to protect. Each slightly curved panel is painted on aircraft grade aluminum and has hangers for easy wall mounting. The panel measures about 26" wide and 24" high. Shipping weight is calculated at 15 lbs.
